AIS CONSULTING operates on two different business models. The right model is dependent on the partner’s needs, the project demands and resource requirements. In implementing any of these models with our partners, AIS CONSULTING is committed to the highest level of quality service.
Optimal Resource Utilization Model (ORUM)
In this model AIS CONSULTING expertise and human resources augments our partners' infrastructure. AIS CONSULTING resources become part of our partner’s human resources pool to bring their expertise to any project needing that expertise. AIS CONSULTING resources can be used at the partner’s site or remotely by taking advantage of existing technology. This is dependent on the type of expertise needed and the duration of the project.
Traditional CRO Model
We offer traditional CRO services for Clinical Data Management and Statistical Analysis and Programming. From CRF retrieval to the final report writing AIS CCONSULTING delivers the highest quality product.
